House Renovation and Recycled Building Materials

Summary This was the quickest build off ever! House renovatioon located at Pantai Dalam Kuala Lumpur, using recycled building materials & finishes, which include the heavy usage of hardwoods from railway tracks!

The client ideas & design approach was more headed to tropical architecture design &  theme, so he requested from us some insights on the usages of his recycled hardwood materials & how the "marriage" will compliment his existing home design.

Other recycle building materials used for this build were antique hardwood door frames & leafs (via 70's colonial houses), broken marbles, river stones & an antique driveway gate.

Duration: 2 days

Completion: 1 day inluding printing and bills of quantity.
